HOW TO CREATE A LISTING

Follow these steps to make a listing for your business:

  1. Go to the Add a Listing page. Decide between a 6-month or an annual package. Choose the package you want and click on the BUY PACKAGE button.

  2. If you are not logged into your account, you will be redirected to the Login Page where you should either log in or register. If you have an account, log in and you’ll be redirected to the Listing Form page. If you don’t have an account, make one, and once you finish the process, you’ll be redirected to the Listing Form page.
    If you are already logged into your account, you will go to the Listing Form page directly.

  3. Fill out the form. Once you’re finished, you can Preview your listing, or Submit it.

  4. Once you click on the SUBMIT LISTING button, you’ll be redirected to Checkout. Fill in your payment information and click on BUY SUBSCRIPTION.

  5. Wait until our team reviews your listing. This will take up to 2 business days. We’ll either accept and publish it, or send you an email with instructions on what to change.

  6. Once you receive your approval email, your listing is live. Congratulations! Now sit back and wait for leads!

Before your listing is completed, it will first need to be approved by our team. Once approved, we’ll send you a confirmation email and you’ll be all set.

SUBSCRIPTION PLANS

Yes. When you accept our Terms and Conditions, you agree to have your plan renewed automatically when expired, if you don’t unsubscribe before the expiration date. 

It depends on your plan. You can cancel the Free Plan subscription at any time, or switch to a paid plan. However, canceling a paid plan once your purchase has been finalized isn’t an option at this time.

If you’re subscribed to one of our paid plans, you can switch to another plan once your current plan has expired. If you’re a Free Plan user, you can switch to a paid plan at any time.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept all major credit cards.

We don’t offer refunds on our subscription plans. We reserve the right to refuse any returns at any time.

HOW TO EDIT LISTINGS

Once you switch to a paid plan, you will be able to include additional information like your contact number, salon amenities, a short description of your business, and photos of your salon and your work.

OTHER

If you received a message that says, “You did not sign in correctly or your account is temporarily disabled,” this means your email address/password was not recognized by our system.

Please double-check to see if you are using the same email address and password you registered with. If you cannot remember your password, click on the “Forgot your password?” button. Once you type in your email address, we will send you an email with a link that will let you create a new password.
